[3.0] Harbinger LLSR Deathless Guardian using Shaper's Touch Aegis Aurora, HC viable

Running this build right now in 3.1 and its pretty solid.

The only change I really did is I am using a Balefire scepter which gives a lvl 25 scorching ray (was more damage than a 5L and pretty much the same as a 6L) and moved the Orb of Storms to my chest so it can now afflict flammability on hit.

It also allows me to use shield charge which I prefer as a movement skill.
