However for prefixes, we really need flaring (t1 flat phys), and Merciless (179% Phys), and celebration (27% IAS). Merciless (and it's hybrid counterpart) is by far the RAREST mod on a weapon, followed by flaring. T1 IAS is about 1 in a 300 shot to get as well. So if someone would want to craft this, they would want to start with prefixes, then block prefix and go for suffixes. Could take thousands and thousands of ex and still not get it. For Atziri's price-point (and Hate Splitter as the next step-up), it's really hard to beat.
