[3.x - Discontinued for now] Burning Spectres - Torch the Atlas - HC Shaper, Elder, Uber Atziri

Has anyone tried using United in Dream Cutlass https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/United_in_Dream on the animated guardian ?

Using dyadus in left and and United in dream in right hand - that should increase overall damage right.
Also the aura from the sword; Envy - its an aura that adds chaos damage to the attacks and spells of the caster and their allies.
Adds 58 to 81 Chaos Damage to Attacks
Adds 52 to 69 Chaos Damage to Spells

Have you, by any chance, seen price tag on this sword? Also, are you aware what would happen with this shiny 5ex sword if AG dies?
it's better to take those 5 ex and buy a ton of other upgrades for the build XD
i have a question:

when i use my Brightbeak with victaros charity shield and 4 solar guards... and necromantic aegis

is it true i push my map-clear-speed so much without dieing my solar guards?

How much stats do the spectres need if I use a 4L before they are tanky enough for guardians?

Why do you want to run them in a 4L if you're going for guardians? At that level, honestly, you should have a 5L mortis or just pick up a tabula (and midnight bargain but not necessarily) and go at guardian unless you're in HC in which case you should not even attempt at all with that gears.

Back to stat question, you should be able to do guardians with gem lv17~18 and all minion nodes on tree as well as ascendency points (esp. Soul Weaver). I think the problem with guardian is how you can survive them, not your spectres.

Just try and feed back. Most people in this thread use Tukohama and Wickerman.

Personally, I think solar guards can do map fast enough without Victaros shield, at least faster than wickerman. My problem with solar guard is I need to switch gems for them (Spell Echo and GMP) and I think their general boss dps is lower than Tukohama so I just stick with Tukohama and Wickerman combo.

I recently swapped out my helm for a Baron. Using 9 zombies plus an AG in the helm (Raise Zombie, Minion Life/ Damage, Fortify/Melee Splash, Animate Guardian). Gives my minions and myself a 9% Phys damage reduction because of the ascendency, and the helm itself gives another 20% minion life. The Zombies are also surprisingly tanky with about 19k life if you slot in Minion Life in setup.

I'm thinking I could use 4 Tukohama Vanguards for this pure bossing setup. Still testing it out to see.

I find zombies in this build to be a hassle.

I do not think a 3L can give them enough dps to be worthwhile, you gotta go 4L or 5L with them.

They can't even curse on hit or proc EE. They limit my vision in boss fight. Most of time the spectres and the totems hold boss aggro already so they are not important meat shields either.


9% phys reduction is not really helpful against big hits, and for small hits, 70% block chance is more than enough. Unless you can stack more phys reduction (balsalt + pantheon? + AA?), I think it's not really worth it.

They may worth for blinding or culling but stone golem/AG can also do that...
Little feedback here - started your build few days ago - it's the first time i play spectres never expected this playstyle to be so fun back in days.

Note: Did some tree changes here and here just for some personal comfort.

Started to benchmark it a bit today at level 88:

Shaper => Done
Atziri => Done
Uber atziri => Done
Uber Lab => Done
Council => Done
Domains => Done ( except chayula i'm not that rich )
Guardians => Done.
Twinned t15 => Done ( except overgrown ruins and i probably won't try ).

I'm using only one curse, no tukoahma's fortress, 3 jewel with minions damage and minions life, 6L vis mortis annddd some random gears. No animated guardian.

I also started to try some different spectres combinations, and was wondering if there were any UPDATED 3.0 list of monsters with damages / abilities / base res etc ...
If yes could you give me a link ?
