Hows the tankyness of the build?..Its better than marauders-vaal pact builds?. Does this build kill endgame bosses and shaper deathless? or just like any other builds with deaths here and there...

yes, of course be aware of rippy mods like extra crits, extra damage, vulnerability etc.
I've posted some videos vs all the guardians deathless in last posts

I can do any and all bosses with this build EXCEPT uber Atziri. She is such a pain! For those of you that have done her, any suggestions? I know the fight; I have done her before with other characters and this one has farmed normal Atziri many times. She blows up everyone. Do I honestly need a 6l vis mortis to do it? Could I use a 6l anything else?

to be honest I've completed the alluring abyss after I got my 6 link, so I can't tell if you can make it with a 5-link; I used Vis Mortis, so 4 spectres, 3 tukohama's vanguards and 1 wicker man.
died just once because of bad positioning on one of her flameblasts or storm calls, I don't remember.
I didn't use an animate guardian for the fight, just the standard setup; I play in softcore but switched elemental weakness curse with enfeeble, so that atziri did less damage and I wouldn't be affected by the curse (enfeeble applies to you, not your spectres if I'm right); but you can bring some curse removal potions if you want to go full dps on her, but be careful to have the flasks up when you spam the curse.
Used a ruby flask and 2 topaz flasks, all rolled with bleeding removal, but you may roll curse removal on one or two of them, or bring with you 2 ruby and 2 lightning.
Then switched my shield with Rise of the phoenix

to overcap the fire resistance (this plus the ruby flask and enfeeble on atziri should give you a chance to survive one of her flameblasts)

or this one if you can't dodge the storm calls and want to overcap the lightning resistance

besides these advices, just care about your positioning, walk between her lighting spells like the storm calls and dash away from her flameblasts with whirling blades
Sooooo...
Is Tukohamas Fortress worth it?
I will tackle this build today and I am trying to find the best Tree/Gear for Softcore.
Tukohamas seems pretty strong, effectively doubling your dps, but is it really worth investing around 14 points to get the aegis?
Would be thankful if somebody can share their min/max experience with this build.
Another problem is of course the fact that you can't use MoM, even though I am using this build in softcore I am not sure if skipping out on one the core defenses of the build is smart.

Aegis transfers sheild benefits to your minions - and thus, block is going to be less effective as a defensive mechanism. It's got nothing to do with MOM.

TF is really nice for killing end game bosses. Aegis is 6 points away going via the pretty worthless ES nodes.

If you're trying to level though, I'd recommend Rathpith instead and not speccing into Aegis. I found that w/o high shield block, survivability is noticeably reduced.

What is the best 5 link? I'm torn. I have Minion damage, Minion and totem elemental resist, RS, and burning damage. But I'm not sure what is the best for the last slot. Right now I'm using Chance to ignite, but would Swift affliction or elemental focus be better?

Also should I be using Unending hunger jewel? Why or why not?

Tweaking PoB to give my char tukohama fortress shield and essence worm. With advancing fortress, I can only manage 53% block + 60 spell block with bone offering + the stone amulet. But total life drops (~1000 life) due to more uniques and passive points (to reach Necro Aegis) seem a bit harsh.

How do you guys survive with the tukohama fortress shield setup? By dodging a lot?

I prefer damage so my 5L is Spectre - Minion damage - Ele Focus - Burning damage - Swift affliction. It's for 3 vanguards and 1 wicker. My minion can do Shaper easily without dying so whatever you use is fine.

I believe OP explained that Soul Eater from the jewel gives your spectres almost nothing than a little speed. Not worth sacrificing 7% max life + something else on a jewel.

Okay so im trying to wrap my head around this build and i guess i am missing something. I just finished kitava using SRS to level and I am not trying to transition to this build for low tier mapping. I get the 2 tukahoma's and 1 wickerman and resummon them in sewer map and they all die REALLY fast even in act 10. Can someone please let me know what i am missing.

Level up your self-cast Desecrate gem. Or just buy a lv19 one, it will allow you create highest corpse possible (lv84 in Shaper realm). But for your level you should buy a lv16 only and level it along the way.

Your current self-cast Desecrate is only lv8, which can only create maximum lv41 corpses. It should be lv16 at Act 10 (lv67 coprse). You did not level it properly?

With your current passives and gears, a lv60ish spectre will simply be immortal for white maps.

If I don't want to die (e.g., I'm leveling) I do not take NA, and simply use Rathpith.

I respec into NA and use TF only for end-game bosses, and I'm much more cautious clearing trash with this setup. With a slower pace, survivability is OK and I rarely die to trash.

Most vids I've seen of this build killing shaper have been without tukohamas and they seem pretty fast.
I understand that survival is way harder with the fortress, the point is just if the fortress is really worth it considering you lose this much defense and it takes some points to get there (you also have to spec out of MoM and the nodes behind it if you want to be serious).
Is the killing speed significantly higher to the point where it's no contest?
