Your tree is very strange. You have few absolutely useless talents.
What is your block with bone offering activated?

62/16 16 being spell block. I havent made any changes for the physical block to spell block conversion. Wanna make a revamp to my build. I'm following the skill tree that the OP posted

The concrete step for your block are the reckless defence jewels. 3 of them at 4% = 12% block. You mentioned the spell conversion block yourself so you know of that already. The one major difference from your tree to the OP's most builds are the mana nodes at the start of witch tree. He takes the 16% spell damage node, then the two int nodes on the left side connecting to occultist's dominion. Not saying the mana nodes are a bad choice by any means, but the extra passives could enable you to get 3 jewel slots right away potentially getting block capped. Pretty sure the OP start with the mana nodes in POB is more for the leveling process.

I'm thinking of getting the reckless defence jewel soon to cap the block. But i'm afraid my itemisation is not suitable for the reckless defence jewel. I'll try to adjust my skill tree. Item wise, is there anything i should change?

Drop Both your rings and your belt. Belt is pretty worthless after recent change to intimidate. Go for Life> Res > Mana - Dex > Socket in those slots. 80Life + 70 psuedo Resist rings are 1c, Belt should be 110Life + 80 Resist. I went with a slightly less stat Stygian Belt for the Socket. I stack minion leech and minion taunt as a huge, yet hidden, defense bonus. I basically ignore ele reflect maps and taunt even works on many bosses.

Get Rumi's Concoction Granite Flask!!!

PS. I like the THE SCOURGE over your block weapon. I find the DPS boost is actually better than capping my block.

EDIT:

Get "PATH OF BUILDING" app to white-board your toons.

You NEED to cap Resistances! Much more important than capping block. Rings and Belt are huge for capping Resists.

You dont seem to have any spell block. Youd need Reckless Defense Jewels/Stone of Lahzwar Amulet/Spell block shield + Bone offering should cover you.

Hi! I farmed up a bit of money (150cc) with my first build ever, a league starter sunder slayer. The poster (though not creator) of that build recommended this one to clear high level content, though I'm happy to farm some more with my SS.

My question is, are there any twink items that would accelerate my experience leveling this character?

I know this is a very basic question, but I'm quite a noob and POE can be confusing at times.
