I think he's talking about vendoring a lvl20 gem with a gemcutter's prism to get a 20% quality level 1 gem.

So, at this point I think I have to go back on my earlier statement. I know longer think that wicker man spectres do about the same damage. They do much less, and they are certainly not melting the endgame the way they used to.

EDIT: just did a breach at level 71 in a level 71 map (4 linked only, and 3 spectres). Damage was really bad. Unless something changes, I am rerolling once I get some currency.
GGG overdid the nerf on wicker man.

I dont understand 1 thing:

"Get a Flame Sentinel in The Solaris Temple. Slot it in a BBGR 4 link. Specter + LMP/GMP + Minion Damage."

I got everything set up, but how do i slot that in? Its a monster yeah?

Can someone give me the gem setup for solar guards? Also any changes to the skill tree? maybe post a link if extensive changes.
A couple of quick tips. Solar guards are in solaris temple lvl 1 or 2 and are very rare. I found it easier to get the first one then spam desecrate for the rest.

Best advice right now is probably to NOT play this build. Wicker man got nerfed bad.
But to answer the question: Flame sentinels are only found in Solaris Temple (so you have to go there to get them)
BBGR means find a an items that has 4 slots ALL LINKED in the colors blue, blue, green, red (not necessarily that order).
Then place the gems he mentions in those respective slots.
