The build you shared you have the heretics helm, but in PoB you don't have any curses socked in it. is that because of the reserved mana and no way to use life to do so?

I'm just about to craft the bow at last and just wondering if instead of the Non-Ailment Chaos Damage over Time Multiplier, would the increased chaos damage/chaos skills have increased effect duration not be any better?

Hey, hitting a brick wall here. Put a lot of points/gear towards energy shield so I'm finally at 8.2K and resistances are capped. Still I manage to be like a paper towel dying so much I can't seem to get a positive exp gain and my damage isn't even good enough for Red Tier Elder. Something is up...anyone that can kindly make some suggestions?
I got 75c to work with here for budget.

AM loving the build. is LL better then CI in the end? or is it just personal preference?
