Here's my advice:

You're level 77 with 30 pts left. That means you still have 7 pts to allocate from quests. Complete your quests and get your points.

Quality your bow!!!!!!!!!!!! every point of flat phys matters for doomfletch, all it costs is 20 whetstones.

And at least 5S/5L your bow too.

You don't even have a single 4 link in your helm/boots/or gloves. You're missing out on auras, defensive utility (cwdt/imm call for mapping)

Quality your flasks

Quality your gear if you're going to keep any of it, but it should probably all be replaced soon anyway.

your rings have no flat phys on them at all, and one is a moonstone omg

your amulet has no flat phys on it at all.

Did you even read the guide, or just slap on a doomfletch and started pew pew-ing? lol?

What exactly did you spend 60 chaos on? If you spent even half that, you spent too much.

Why do you have mirage archer linked to blink arrow?

Run cast when damage taken immortal call in your helm if you're not boss farming and doing orb of storms pcoc for power charges.

You don't even have a barrage setup.

Your cast when damage taken should be a level 1 so it proc's often. Increased duration can still be level 20, but the CWDT needs to be lvl 1 and the imm call matching the level requirement (I think lvl 3-5?)

If you're feeling too squishy, try using lightpoacher helm with 2 jewels like you have in your belt. Very good stepping stone if you're too squishy for abyssus.

Balance at least 2 of your res's for wise oak if you can.

Get new boots.

No res on your gloves, but otherwise they are okay.

You're at the point where you need to start some good polishing of the build.

I think the best upgrade for you at this moment would be a crit chance while affected by hatred watcher's eye:

The other mod is just novelty. You can get them as cheap as 9ex right now and they are a huge upgrade in damage for us. They divine up to 1.8% and the damage gain is epic.

Work on balancing at least 2 of your resists for wise oak

Work on a useful boot enchant

Work on a useful helm enchant

First thanks for the help and thanks for the guide.

Abyssus and my bow were more expensive when I got them, of course I use POE trade and look for good deals but prices went down a lot compared to when I bought them. Jewelry and belt was about 15c total. So that's about 45c, then gloves and boots were maybe 5c so about 50c on just those items.

I guess I missed some skill point quests, not used to the new stuff yet.

Quality on my flasks is going to be about 15c.

I can't afford a barrage setup but really that isn't an issue at all, I do plenty of damage but my defense is too weak. I'm getting 1 shot on tier 4 maps consistently. I have mirage archer linked just to level it.

My problem with this build is that I see 0 power spikes in it from where I'm at. Everything is very minor increases in damage. If I want any real increase in defense or damage it's a 4ex upgrade. Maybe I have some settings not quite right in Path of Buildng but I am sitting at 27k DPS on tornado shot and I don't see it going much higher by getting flat physical amulet or anything like that.

I just don't see how this is a league starter. My gear that I currently have is expensive at the start of a league.

First of all I'm absolutely loving the build :)
This is my current gear in abyss softcore. Farming red maps / elder / shaped vaults very easily. I want to move on to trying shaper fairly soon. What upgrades should I be going for next? My current priorities are +1 Drillneck, useful boot/helmet enchants, and upgrading my jewels to have life on them.

So what's the consensus on Mirage archer in TS setup vs Pierce?

Might be better than the abyss socket...
Build should be even better nowadays...

I also started a Flaskfinder but in standard, so i dont have that much access to abyss gear without paying atleast 2ex.

But jesus dude. Your gear still doesnt have linked auras. Blasphemy +IC+CWDT doesnt do a thing. CWDT and IC is too high, keep it at lvl 3-4 so it procs more often in maps.
For a blue abyssus check the first post about the jewel trick with vorici, or search for it on YT.

chance of bleed in the boots doesnt affect you at all, since its not linked to any attack.

i can understand that a 5l doomfletch prism is expensive, but you can also use the normal doomfletch for mapping in a 5l it should kill everything up to T13 atleast. You can also swap Abyssus out for a lightpoacher, they are pretty cheap and you are not that squishy. Also speccing out of VP would improve your life sustain if you cant leech it all the way. Im lvl 84 and dont have it skilled till i finished uber lab with him.

You should link all your gear before going for improvments on itself.
It seems you are trying to level gems in your maingear without using the skills you actually need to get the damage through doomfletch. OFC you are doing no damage and keep dying like that.
change the gems in your boots and gloves. you dont need vaal haste for the start, its nice but not necessary (in bossfights its mostly useless unless you run into a lot of mobs for souls)
you have TS in your chest and barrage in the bow. Instead of that, change your OH and use it to level the gems you need.

Its also pretty shit, but i have no issues running maps, since herald of ice kills most of the white packs, 1 crit and yellow mobs are nearly gone with TS.
