Yep, that's some shitty moderation right there. You're not giving feedback, you're asking a valid question about a strange phenomenon. All Bex had to do was reply OR support ask Bex to reply. Instead they antagonise you by moving it to the wrong thread because they made a snap judgment rather than actually reading and considering the content. Probably based on some hastily made report.
