Hello! I like you build, but don't understand, how you get frenzy charges/

Hey man, the raider portion of the scion gets frenzies simply by hitting rare or unique enemies! (Also blood rage grants charges on kill)

This build seems good.
But the Lioneye's Jewel goes for over 100c, I guess you can't call it budget. | |

Sorry man, I have not really been keeping up with this build or prices! You could remove it and the claw nodes for leech down by duelist and perhaps some other bow dmg/crit nodes though!
