FYI: That is an oxymoron/incorrect. It does not grant Resolute Technique, enemies just can't evade your attacks (they can still dodge). RT doesn't allow you to crit, so that would be impossible.

Also, more multipliers are simple. Additive modifiers (% increased) apply first and get then multiplied by more modifiers (% more). E.g. 100% increased and 50% more damage would be: 100 + 100% = 200 * 1.5 = 300 damage. If you then get another 50% more, the damage is 450 (200 * 1.5 * 1.5).

Well technically no it isn't. But its RT with a bonus if you ask me.

And as for more multipliers yeah they're simple enough, but not everyone understands the. The one in the wiki explains it fine enough so I figured link it.

I am only level 71 at the moment, but this has been the easiest leveling experience and most fun build I have played. I am making a few personal choices on the tree that are slightly different than yours, but overall great guide and I will be recommending it to anyone who asks for a great build to start the new league with.

Awesome stuff man! I'm so glad to read that the build guide is being used and doesnt suck haha! One of the best parts about the tree is its pretty generic and allows alot of flexibility. Ill be uploading a a video guide to day. Nothing to fancy as Im pretty new to editing and and guides in general, but it should make the experience easier for new players! CHEERS MAN!

Hello, having fun leveling your build (currently 47) and plan to make it my league starter in 3.0

I do have a question about if you mean to have 'Arctic Armour' linked with 'Increased Duration' as it reserves more mana. I know that it does increase the length of the chill, but in my chase I could defiantly use the extra mana and taken that things die so fast, I am not sure a longer chill makes any difference. Maybe once I have more mana, I can take the reserve hit.

My only gripe about the build is that during leveling I am always fighting having enough Int and Dex. I am sure that this will be less of a problem as I get a little better equipment and some more Dex nodes.

Hey man, Glad to hear your enjoying it! Yeah int and dexterity will be your biggest issue! The best to look for stats is amulets In my opinon! As for the arctic armor I normally have arctic armor and blood rage both linked to increased duration because it benefits both! At the end of the day man if you feel you dont need it then go for it and take it off :) Enjoy!
