You're missing 3 Frenzy Charges, which is about 9-10% more DPS each. It doesn't look like you have a Diamond Flask, nor is your Wise Oak balanced for cold and fire.

Made some significant changes to gear selection and skill trees. The build is now entirely evasion dependent, as previous life-stacking version proves to be impractical in terms of t16 performance. We lost about 1k life in exchange for well-layered defences based on evasion and dodge.

You can pick either of them. They're both good and is entirely up to your personal preference. I'd personally go for the links in the guide, but my gear is linked differently just because it was difficult to get correct colour on the pieces.
