Race Event 6: Invaders Everywhere

Prizes: The top player of each of the seven classes by experience will receive a Demigod's Dominance (Unique Golden Mantle). Prizes for this event: The following prizes are available to players who meet specific level thresholds.:

surprised that this one was made a solo event when previous Exiles Everywhere were party races.

Is it the first 50 people that reach Level 15 who will win the footprints? Or randomly select 50 people out of the pool who reach level 15?

How do the rewards work? If i reach level 15, i get 10 beta keys? or is it 10 random level 15+ characters?
