27 in 1 hour? This is some hardcore speedrun shit where you need to beat Malachai in ~1h35m. I hope headhunter effect will help alot.

Good luck to all!!!
My first race :) May i use the regular stash or it's clean stash in the beginning of the race ? What about following races ... does it save you progress or you start from scratch each event ? |

" yo read the https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1702514 guide mate :) there's no stash in most of the races following races starting with some predefined package of stuff and that's it (can go fast mule after the start of the event tho) gl :) Glacial Hammer now has 3-5% Chance to Poison on the character select screen. " Races are basically each their own separate leagues. You can't access anything from your standard/hc stash during a race. Playing a race is like the start of a new league, everyone is starting fresh characters on even footing. After all, it wouldn't be a very fair "race" if some players started out with a bike and others started out with a car. Most races dump your character and stash into standard/hc at the end, so you can keep anything you found during the race in the permanent leagues, but some races (mainly formats have chests at the end of each zone that have currency and leveling gear/gems, or otherwise alter gameplay in a way that could be abused to farm items/currency) send characters to "void league," so they can't be played and any loot you find during those races is gone forever after the race. Those are some of the most fun races though imo, so don't be discouraged from playing those ones too! It's worth taking a break from farming loot for an hour or two to play a very different kind of PoE content, and maybe win some mtx prizes (or even beta keys this time around!). During normal race seasons, there are points you earn for each race that go toward unlocking alterate art uniques and other cool prizes (you can even use them in temporary leagues, although you have to wait a few weeks to keep people from getting a big advantage at the start of the league by having a good leveling/build-enabling unique or something), so even though your items and characters don't carry over, there is a long term form of progression that gives you better and better rewards for playing lots of races. This isn't a full race season, though, just something they're doing so people who aren't in the beta still have something interesting to do for the next few weeks - as far as I know, there are no season rewards this time around, so it's just the random rewards for each individual race. But those random rewards include beta keys, so personally I don't think I'll have any problem staying motivated to keep doing races ^^ |

What do they mean with getting it 20x?
(still new to this game) |
|
Other then the chance at a beta key there is some pretty nice mtx rewards
