Thanks for this great guide.

Is that a good build for newbies/beginners? Played a 56 ranger in 2014, so i forgot about some of the stuff.

Am i right you start using your totems at lvl 40? Is there a way to use them earlier?

its possible earlier around lvl 31, but its less enjoyable there. With lvl 40 it gains a small aoe increase and we have more passives that benefit the build.

If you arent shy of some trading its a good and easy build to get (back) into the game.

I do not know what's wrong. My totems die instantly if I use Righteous and spell totem.

check out the leveling section. You need at least 2 totem cluster and a purity of elements or fire to use rf + toten properly

I picked eramir

So should I follow the tree for leveling, even if I don't use totems till like 40 like you said?

So your detailed guide what to use until lvl 40 still makes the leveling from 1 to 40 pretty "easy" or its a hard way and its geting easier after 40?

yes just follow it. I just picked the melee nodes at the marauder stsrt to have more dmg with sunder and respecced them later.

uber atziri should still be doable, but the splitphase will be rougher due to the vaal lightning trap nerf. Overall its just a encounter where you need to know the fight.

finally finished act 1-10 after roughly 9 hours. Man, those most in act 10 hit like a truck :P carry a granite :P

gear cost so far: 8 chaos. Soulmantle for 4c and 2 kikazaru for 2c each.

On day 2-3 those prices will lower to 1c for each item ;)

Vaaled a self-flagellation with my first vaal orb, just got a shitty 11% roll, but better than nothing i would say. Will upgrade that over time.

So my next step is doing some unid chaos recipes and overcap my resists and get some life on my gear ;)
