Do any of the new 3.4 minion notables/passive tree changes modify the tree for your build?
At a cursory glance, I'm leaning toward no. The things to consider with the new nodes are:

① How many passives am I spending to get there?
② Would I be better off slotting another Harmony with those passives instead?

First, let's take a look at question #1 with regard to one of the new clusters:

Spiritual Command
 ※ Cost: 6 passives
※ Benefits: +43% Increased Damage, ~+7% More Damage, others=no value
※ Value Per Node: ~+7% Increased, ~+1.2% More

If you're a Necromancer, then it's worth it, because you probably want to path there anyway to get the Sacrifice nodes for your spectres. For Elementalist though, spectres are a waste. So is pathing through the INT and DEX nodes to get there (hence bumping the cost from 4 to 6). Side note: your total increased cast speed works like a More multiplier on L.Golems because their main attacks are not bound by cooldown (the orb is on cooldown, the orb strikes are not)

And now question #2:

Primordial Harmony
 ※ Cost: 4-5 passives
※ Benefits: +60-80% Increased, +40-45% cooldown recovery speed, +2% golem regen
※ Value Per Node: ~+15% Increased, ~+10% CDRS, ~0.5% regen

Comparing "Value Per Node" is a little hairy, since it's not really apples to apples. But based on those rough numbers, I think you can probably guesstimate which choice is giving you a better deal. You can repeat the process for the other clusters and basically come to the same conclusion. It makes sense from a design-perspective as well. After all, it would be strange for generic minion nodes/clusters be more valuable than nodes/items specially dedicated to a specific build.

Note that this only applies to Lightning Golems. Ice Golems, for example, will get great value out of the new Minion Accuracy sources in the tree. So there are cases where you would trade a Harmony or two to grab some those.

Out of all the new clusters, only Righteous Army seems remotely worthwhile to me, and even that one is still less DPS than Gravepact. I'd consider the three new nodes out of the Witch starting point if my next jewel slot was too far away and I was satisfied with my EHP pool.

Final note, Golem Damage Calculator updated.

Golems do not need accuracy?
nope

Yep, what Besovskii said. Note that Ice, Stone, and to a lesser extent, Chaos, do need accuracy.

Going to try uber elder and looks like this is closest i have dps/hp wise for it. Could you advise any quick upgrades to my toon to improve dps and survivability further? It's the only elementalist in my chars.

Should I look for certain watcher's eye? I have faster es recharge start/spell block/wrath penetration one, but i doubt penetration part will work on golems.

Overall elementalist looks a bit fragile by itself with no obscene blocks/regens of other ascendancies.

Okay, gonna try to limit suggestions to stuff you can do on the cheap and focused on Uber.E:

① You can drop CI just for this fight and put those 3 passives into other HP nodes. That will bump up your Life by 1000+ by itself.

② Go for a Lightning Warp setup instead of SC (LW-FastCast-LessDur). Warping is better than walking/running/charging in this fight.

③ If you're willing to invest the time, get all of your gems to 20/20. You have a lot of 0q gems. Quality on all your gems is like having 1 more Harmony.

④ Drop Wrath and spec MoM for more HP. You'll be doing a lot of wide circles in this fight, so golems might not be in range enough for it to be worth it. Also, Ball Lightning only needs to be level 1 to save mana.

⑤ Practice and/or watch other people's Uber.E vids. This is probably the most important tip.

Now for a couple more expensive options:

① I recommend slotting a Primordial Might. You have to move around a lot more during the fight. Might will give your golems a longer leash so your movement doesn't distract them from shooting.

② Completely convert your build/equipment to Hybrid instead of CI. CI offers zero benefit for this fight. A well-tuned Hybrid spec will give you 13-14K EHP even without legacy gear.

③ Faster start of ES recharge on rings. Watcher's Eye unnecessary.

Ok, thank you very much for advice. Sounds reasonable and achievable, I will try to tweak my char this way.
Man i cant understand 1 thing in this build) Why you choose in passive tree Avatar of fire? its reduced your damage for 50%... O how its work with golems? maybe i dont know somthing? with 2 Clayshapers... Maybe you use some shield for it or what?)

The lightning golems give you a buff that adds lightning damage to spells and attacks. When you hit the enemy with your spell to trigger Elemental Overload it will deal lightning damage as well, giving them a buff to their resists and not a debuff.

Avatar of fire converts everything you do to fire and only fire so you don't have that issue.

still dont get it...Its reduced damage for 50% how it can be profit? I check it with avatar of fire they deal less damage, and without him they deal more damage... What it buffs?

Why it dont give them debuff from elemental overload? If you hit lighning so it will be debuff for golems... Avatar of fire make fire so golems deal fire too. so wiil be debuff again it written there...

How make avatar of fire work for golems with profit? withour reduced damge for 50%? Who knows?

Hey, quick question. What are the reasons/benefits to massing Eminence over Harmony?

Does the speed boost over power the cdr and regen?
