Bahnschranke already answered for the movement setup. Tempest shield can be displaced with Inc AOE or Conc Effect.

Dual Voidbattery provides max 40% cast speed, faster casting up to 50%. My Voidbees had a total of 31% wich was barely sustainable for me already. With some tweaking you could use it i guess, but remember you had to remove one of the damage increasing gems.

im using arc right now instead of tempest shield in the CwS setup works fine. Vortex could also work as a defensive spell i guess

I had this build for a while now in my bookmark.
Is there any nerf incoming in 3.0 expect es nerf, ( wouldnt life be better now? )
Is this build league starter friendly? Thinking about starting with it in 3.0.
Just cant decide between this and Frost Blades >.<

A complete update will follow when the 3.0 patchnotes are released. I dont know about any nerf beside the general ES nerf yet. Life based might be an option, i want to see the 3.0 skilltree first tho.

You should be able to go with it as leaguestarter.

Make sure you ascend as fast as possible, as the ascension is super important for us!

For the earlier phase you have to tweak some gem setup's if u like additional clearspeed.

Lower maps can be done with like 0 cost. Just get a Voice of the Storm with some lit res and you are good to go. Divinarius can help aswell and its price drops pretty fast in early leagues.

T13 maps are possible with less than 1ex investment, i killed my first Shaper with ~2ex gear.
To make it really powerful for endgame you have to grind atleast about 10ex tho.

Standard Legue have some possibilite for this build ? have some tips ?

Isnt it quite expensive at the start of a league even later on?
Or am i missing something that you dont need it right away.
Ofcourse your dps increases a ton with it but is is mandatory for t(x) maps?
