Without helm enchant and extra arrow on quiver/bow barrage is more singletarget dps then blast rain?
I see Blast rain convert 50% phys in ele dmg. But a Signal fire will this too.

because i like blast rain. also barrage is shit if enemies move. also blast rain lets me not use a shit quiver and then use rearguard for 75/43 block chance.

level as something else or life based ranger (ie neversink's tornado shot) until level 70+ and some good es gear lying around.

not sure what you mean by explain how es aspect works though. if i were life based i would have 4-5k life. instead im ES based, so i have more effective life 8-10k and a ton more dps.

ohh my bad i got confused with legacy vinktar and normal vinktar oopsies

what all gets you to 99% pen? i got vinktars and followed your tree and without flasks up i only have like 29%? lol
