It needs 40 dex in radius, it doesn't need to be allocated.

Question, you have two different curse set ups, but we have nothing that I can see that allows us to apply two curses, which ones are you using? Or both and just overwriting the other curse when herald of ice burst applies it?

Also in the path of building it's showing you using Kaom's roots, do you recommend those instead of of yellows for the no stun? Theres a couple of optimization things on the trees that I changed (such as dropping 4% life nodes for a couple 5%) but those aren't major, the main thing getting me is the two curses.

Nevermind, the second curse setup with frostbit was in the boots, and kaom's boots don't have sockets, my bad. If you don't go koams for the unwavering stance, still probably worth it to get the powercharges through Orb of storms though.

You need to shatter mobs to get power charges with COH, don't you?
Elemental Focus prevents shattering.

How do you get power charges then? Does this only work in combination with touch of anguish?

That's a good question, since path of building shows herald of ice linked with assassins mark, if you can't freeze you can't shatter. Could do an orb of storms, power charge on crit, frostbite/assassins mark, curse on hit setup.

6L weapon skill
whirling blades/fortify/attack speed
frostbomb/immortal call/ cwdt
ice golem/ ancestral protector/ flame dash/cwdt (on the fence about the flame dash though)
orb of storms, power charge on crit, frostbite/assassins mark, curse on hit setup.
then you just need to find room for herald and hatred.

How to avoid stun in this build? It is needed with about 5k~+ hp?

Play with Rapier swords (can see in my profile char bojack) i clean very fast except bosses^^
