Some gems the quality barely matters at all. Some it matters a lot. For Frost Blades you get projectile damage per quality:

You have to look up each skill gem to see what quality does to it.

Most people also do not manually quality up their skill gems to 20%. They usually use the Gemcutter Prism recipe:

"20% quality skill gem" recipe. You vendor a level 20 skill gem with one Gemcutter Prism and you get back a level 1 with 20% quality. Most people flip their gems like this and level them up all over again. You can also run spare versions of your main skill links in your offset weapons and level them up so that when you are ready to "flip" your primary skill gems, you have back up ones that are level 19.

Can this build do ALL content? Ive seen shaper but what about Uber Aztiri and T16 Maps is there any weakness this build has that would cause a problem there?

How does this build handle other end game content besides Shaper? Uber Aztiri? Guardians? T15+ maps etc?

Also why dont you guys have 40 dex in the radius of the new jewels?

Guardians are not that much trouble. Hardest one is Minotaur for me because sometimes bad mods makes him one shot you.

Uber Atziri is very hard for this build if you make no changes due to the 4 split add phase. If any of your frost blades hits the clone holding the mirror you will die to the reflect damage. You have to use strong rare physical DPS claws and take out Multistrike gem for a different gem like Faster Attacks to do Uber Atziri comfortably.

So yes, Frost Blades can do all content, but Uber Atziri is super annoying and not worth really doing on this build.

Also, please read the a billion responses about the jewels. It gets asked 4-5 times a day. You don't need to allocate the dex for it to work, it just needs to be in range.

Is Ruthless worth using? Seems decent when checking on path of building.

Could you please add more information on what type of armor and rings we should go for ?, i currently have no idea.

Should i just buy the second fight for survival from a player, or do you eventually get another one from a quest? i just got to the second gem slot and wouldnt mind having the second one , im in act 8

I normally map with a Headhunter now which is even faster but that's not realistic for most players. You can farm up a Headhunter with no problem though if you clear fast and play a while.

@Kaejan, I looked over your build a bit on PoB and found the top skilltree choices interesting, though if you have another good jewel, I think this setup performs slightly better:

However, going for the top nodes is probably a better budget idea. Or, I guess if you want to go for more dps, getting the top nodes allows you to go for throatseeker towards lvl 100 which would be a nice dps boost. I guess it comes down to whether you want more damage or health.
