If it is safe upgrade - it worth. Because if even you want to vaal armor, you always need one for backup.

Armor base on conquest 387 so 10% qual is 38 armour. That linked kingsguard on last page would go 1118 to 1157. If you think 77 or so armor (double from jug ascendancy) is worth losing flexibility in colors and potential future Vaal then go for it.
it goes to standard so who cares. new meta setup means new league so...not me lol

Why do we use EE when there are so many more endurance charges than power charges? Maybe I understand how it works incorrectly..
How does Blood Rage / Frenzy charges interact with Discharge / this build?
I use it right now for mapping and I cant see any negative impact. It's not for the dmg or life leech, just the increased attack speed feels nice.

Is there any downside? I guess I have additional cold damage on my discharge, which doesnt benefit from the EE debuff, but besides that?

Some input appreciated.

I simulated it in PoB: it gives about 200 armour or 1% dmg reduction (from 70% to 71% while at 7 endurance charges). Dont know how much worth it, but better than nothing. Losing flexibility in colors doesnt matter (for which gem? Increase AoE?) and if you want vaal it you should have backup armor. And even if you get lucky to roll good corruption on 1st armour, chance to be lucky twice in a row for good vaaling 2nd armour is more than ghostly.

Fair enough :). Only one final thing I will say though: Bear in mind the damage reduction tooltip factoring in armour is unreliable as there are significant diminishing returns for armour vs big hits. Google the poe armor equation for more info.
