Played in Uber boss kill race.
Kind of wanted to do Energy Blade Ghostwrithe Battlemage/Spellblade Inquisitor. But failed to come up with something which did enough DPS without compromising survival. Played Poison BAMA Ascendant instead. Early on blundered several times. First blunder was ending up with having to continue with normal attack after Hillock due to messing up - sold all the gear for wisdoms to buy other gear/gem. Didnt notice that the bow only had red sockets which misfits 'Caustic Arrow'... Overall didnt get far enough, race is "officially" over now. Build was too ambitious in terms of gear, recomb is expensive now, didnt properly consider that. Biggest problem which I had is lag (near screen freezes) if there are lots of monsters around. Had to diss Rampage which would have been very helpful for this build, it was particularly bad with the Rampage events. The game engine somehow deadlocks itself, there is some fatal programming screwup. There also seems to be the problem that sometimes servers participate in the lagging, usually based on graphs CPU seemed to be the bottleneck though. Anyway I had to limit gameplay alot to try to deal with this. Also not sure why it was worse here than before in the league. Either some patch did some bad or it may have to do with the build. The build having lots Minions (47 or so) may be an issue. The behavior is so that it plays smooth if there are just so-so many monsters. And if the critical limit (or whatever) is passed it turns into near-zero fps. It will then get "stuck" at this near-zero fps, moving away from the offending place/s far enough can get it "unstuck". And in some environments its worse than in others. Current gear: Pieces missing parts (quiver & Ghastlies): Some drops/fruits which may be interesting after migration: No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

"Its in the wiki: https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Memory_strand IMO a failed/bloat game feature. My guess is that the intention was good: Make it so that the gear on the ground isnt all trash. The biggest issue here is that the game drops too much. Its not possible to distinct trash from not-trash even if some of it is not-trash. This would fix/banaid it somewhat if they would have done it properly. But IME its mostly just a new type of trash on the floor. It can be useful for advanced crafting. But in SSF for most players in this league with OP tree - I dont think there is much point to these items. And even in trade league the respective orbs are very cheap suggesting low demand for more advanced crafting. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

So I did start Ghostwrithe Energy Blade Spellblade/Battlemage Inquisitor that I had been thinking for event. Build is working so far, Im in (easy rolled) T12 maps now. Mapping suffers a bit from the delayed damage issue with Penance Brand of Dissipation. Unfortunately this is made worse by the (gfx) lagginess issues I have. Defense missions (Fortress or in map) however almost never cause issues, its mostly the opening Breach type missions.
And I dropped a Mageblood during mapping, no or low juice used: No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

So I upgraded the Poison BAMA from the event. Its still WIP though. Build is using 'Tempered by War' and MoM.
Quiver, Amulet & Bone Ring are recombined. Recombine is much more powerful than tree in SSF at least if I want something specific without ultra-rare mods. Quiver like that would be near impossible to get per tree. Likely got lucky with the recombs overall in that it took less recombining than expected. The %bow on quiver is from my only Foulborn Exalt. I did mess up there a bit in that I forgot to add a 86 component to the quiver so it couldnt have rolled T1. Big issue still the gfx lag, didnt get better unfortunately, this severely limits what I can do in maps. Almost got smacked by Strands-Sirus Meteor. That Suppression nerf hurts. My (SSFHC) POV: I dont think they did right there. The situation is so now that Suppression is roughly just as good as before for mapping but its a big nerf for bossing. Now the thing is that right side builds are already unpopular for bossing anyway, this made them worse. Evasion isnt good for bossing is one of the issues. It would IMO have been better to make full Suppression more expensive or link it to Evasion rating on the character. That would also address the issue of non-Evasion chars getting Suppression. I dont have an issue with that in principle but I think game would benefit from Evasion builds getting more out of Suppression than non-Evasion builds. They could like add an Evasion mastery: "Prevent 1% of Suppressed Spell Damage per x Evasion Rating, upto y Evasion Rating." No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
