Finished the bow craft for my Ele Hit character. Some tough choices were made, but in the end I think these are the optimal mastercrafts for my character.
So, playing SSF. Obviously. Again. And as far as I can recall and understand, to be able to get this Chaos Orbs recipe in Vendor, you need one single item of each slot available on your Character.
I have now been grinding like darn on Act 9 for 4, now almost (very soon) 5 Lvls. I am now Level 70. I have tons of items (2H Swords, 1H Sword, Shoes, etc). But only 2 Rings, 2 Amulets, and no freaking belt at all. Last time I picked up a Belt, was when I was around Lvl 61-62.
Yes, that was WHEN I WAS, not in an AREA WITH mobs that Level.
I DO find Amulets and Rings which is Item Lvl 61 & 62, but they are all common. I need rare of course for the Chaos Orbs.
Ok, now you are supposed to get, for a full set of items 2 Chaos Orbs from Shops. And apparently it is my Belt that isn´t good enough now. Because I ALWAYS get 2 Orbs of Chance, and this is no matter what.
Now, is there something wrong with my items, or the game or is it quite so that it is not possible to get Chaos Orbs while in SSF or what?
Or is it just supposed to be extremely HARD to get hold of and find Rings, Amulets and especially Belts on Act 9 to use on to get Chaos Orbs? Or is it just me being extremely unlucky?
Any tips regarding this frustrating issue of mine?
Oh, and just got my Armour with 6 Sockets too. So that one is nice too. Will likely or "probably" or rather HOPEFULLY get a better one later, but this is my first one. But I´m not gonna bother to try to Link too much on it though. That will just get too frustrating. I´m not likely to find another one in a very, VERY long time I reckon.

I did the chaos recipe many times in SSF, it works fine. The item level of the items must be between 60 and 74 (hold down alt to see the item level). At least one of your items must be below item level 60 when you are trading the set in to get a chance orb. If all of the items are above item level 75 the recipe gives a regal orb instead of a chaos orb too.

Any other tips for getting some more jewellery while I´m at it? The rare ones, that is.
But guess I just have to grind at it, till I´m turning blue.

I just ran maps and saved up loads of rings and ammys until I found good ones; semi retired so I did it a lot :)
