Im trying to get the gear for the popular toxic rain occultist for the upcoming deep delve grind, only need the quiver now and some better ES gear, though those boots are pretty nice.

Managed to get quite a nice Whispering ice character SSF Delve :
Smashing pretty much everything now, Deathless shaper without troubles ... But not enough dps (maybe I'm not good enough too, but dps seems insufficient) for Uber Elder unfortunately .... FML. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
