I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but may I know why you're using a blood rage gem? I assume it doesn't work with both spark and BV isn't it?

" Not a dumb questions at all... yes you are right the attack speed and physical leech only works with the movement skill. Of course frenzy charges are nice but the real reason I use it is the physical debuff. Sounds crazy? Yeah it kinda is... I try to explain... when we activate blood rage a pyhsical debuff is applied to us, when we get hit CWDT will proct and that will activate the arakaali pantheon "50% increased Recovery of Life and Energy Shield if you've stopped taking Damage Over Time Recently" which is a crazy boost to our life regen and leech.
