[3.10] Bashtart's SPARK INQUISITOR * farming like a god! :)

I'm trying this build in 2.6 and have reached level 70 now (levelling with firestorm and flameblast). I have acquired a 5-link armour with about 400 ES and resists. What skill gem would you drop in a 5-link setup?

I would suggest following setup: Spark + Faster Projectiles + Controlled Destruction + Spell Echo + Increased Critical Strikes / Piercing Support (because atm there are no voidwalkers available.)

As soon as I reach level 70 I will update my guide with gear, etc. with minimum requirements to start farming frozen lake & low maps.

Is spark strong for single target damage? Or has a bit of an issue with it?

is shield charge fast with this build or does it feel sluggish?

At level 40, you say to start using vaal pact. Where does the leech come from?

Spark is not the strongest spell for single damage but with good gear we still can melt boss up to tier 15. Spark shines for clearing maps fast.

Shield charge works just fine... I guess whirling blades has a bit more movement speed but it is more a preferation decision.

I linked life leech with firestorm. An other option is to link warlord's mark with blashemy.

We use clarity for additional mana req. and I also had some items (rings) with gain ... mana when hit an enemy but firestorm is not that mana heavy.

Oh or do yo mean when with spark... our heralds dual curse setup sustains our mana.

I guess with a bit thinking you could make this build work with shavs but when you get a good price i would sell.... because atm the uniques we need are bit expensive and having voidwalkers, call of the brotherhood, etc and good es gear will help you a lot more.

Just want to say that you have done a great job with the explainations of this build. was wondering if I could use arc as a gem also or stick with firestorm? Not having played much and have always liked the caster class.
