" Normally you don't really need arcane surge for mapping. The idea is to have for bosses to push your dps. The best wway to use this setup is when you level arcane surge only so high it will always proc when you activate blood rage.... I guess about lvl 5-6 (when Blood Rage is lvl 20). What does the rest of your build look like after level 90. I'm not quite sure where to put my points I've just been filling up the scion life wheel, but is there a more optimal place to put the rest of your points?

Doing pretty nicely, finally managed to do T14 Elder. The life pool + ES with MoM and AA is pretty forgiving for careless play and the clear speed is fantastic. Using 6-link Spark with BV on swap.
Any suggestions for improvements? Still have around 14 ex and don't mind spending it all to min-max.

" Hi, for suvivability I can recommend you Chernobog's Pillar. It is great for survivbility and it also helps your Blade Vortex single target dps. You also should use a diamond flask because it will push your dps to the next level. Also you don't have a spark setup ^^ get some shaper gloves like shown in the guide and put your spark setup in. |
