By only saying you didn't run into anything impressive you sort of indicated that you did the experimentation because you expected to meet something or someone impressive. Now to confirm something or someone was impressive you would have had to have thorough conversations with every single opponent, which I highly doubt you did or could because half the people tell you to go and wrangle a pussy. I'd say there are more effective ways to find interesting individuals :p

The almost sole reason I did this was to make a new topic to a dead forum hoping someone would get triggered by something ridiculous. So far the results have been mediocre at best.

As a completely irrelevant side note I enjoy how a certain someone has entirely stopped saying pussy in these forums for some weird reason. It's almost like he or she is being mindcontrolled from the other side of the planet?!

It's just a shame people don't get along better. 3v3 and ctf are fun but of course you need people to play it.

In those game modes the roles are not really specific to 1v1 combat; someone who runs the flag, people that make traps. suppression via ranged and ect. It creates an environment where discrepancys within the current game-state to go away slightly. It allows people to take advantage of what their build can do. Rather than a situation that allows an opponent to take advantage of what their build can not do. Which is fundamental in any 1v1 scenario.

Well, mostly it was scorching ray, ea and people using cyclone/ea with a bunch of spells on. Performance varied, as does any top down approach...well does, between different people. There was never an invitation to an open discussion, nor would I arbitrarily talk to someone unless spoken to first. Or talk to someone that just asks a lot of questions. However, it's just my speculation, but i'm sure each one of those interactions would involve heuristic observation or a URL. Not exactly good conversation.

I still don't understand why you and mulla don't get along. You two agree on more things then disagree. He seems like the kind of person that may bust your balls a lot, but in a bad situation he would be the first on the scene, whether to laugh at you or provide insight. Or both. haha. I think he called me an ape that slaps myself once. Or a retarded ape, something like that. It's fair, just for fun.

It is true most balance issues become void in a 3v3 environment. Sadly we have about 20 players in standard and maybe another 20 in temp leagues interested in playing those games. Also 80% of them are from US so it is quite impossible to get games going.

And even then there are these few remaining issues that make people want to slit their wrists.

Well how should I put this.. There is nothing bad about being wrong because it is often necessary and sometimes maybe even the only way forward. The thing is though that there are these individuals who don't have all the facts and knowledge yet still claim to know the ultimate truth in an arrogant fashion. It is literally the route to failure in whatever you aspire to do. Quite simply I'd rather not have individuals with this particular trait around me. It is exactly the type I also avoid in business as there really is no room for such behavior when something needs to be accomplished.
