just read there are special monsters to use for raise spectre. tried 2 of them, they almost died instantly, while random spectres from maps never die. so whats wrong with that?
Yo go to the zone he mention in the guide . desecrate and summon them. Then after open t16 map or shapper realm or high monster lvl map and use desacrTe to resummon all of them so they can be high monster lvl. Make sure desacrate is high lvl enough to produce hight lvl corpse

Hi :)

Your profile is set to private so I can't see your chars. As generic tips :

- Make sure your helmet has minion life support, it makes big difference in Specs life
- Take minion life / resistance nodes from the tree, there are important ones left side of the tree
- Circle around Syndicates so that Temporal Chains hits them all time. This lower damage that your minions are taking and prevents Syndicates spamming ranged attacks at you full speed.
- Don't worry about Winter Orb in Syndicate fights. Synds die pretty fast anyway so focus running in circle and kiting with Phase Run up all the time.
- Try to upgrade gear constantly to keep EHP (HP + ES) high. Good values are :

-> [Presence of Chayula] Amulet (40+ ES, 40+ HP, Resistances, [20% increased max ES])
-> Rings (40+ ES, 40+ HP, Resistances, [Minion Speed])
-> [Crystal] Belt (110+ ES, 40+ HP, Resistances)
-> Rare boots (90+ ES, 40+ HP, Resistances, +1 Spectre, [movement speed])
-> Gloves (150+ ES, 40+ HP, Resistances)

Hi guys, which type of enchantment is better to apply on helm? Elemental Weakness or Temporal Chains?

Temporal Chains lets you in drop Skittering Runes as you will have maxed TC anyway with enhancement and Animated Guardian.

Elemental Weakness boosts damage, but I would not drop Skittering Runes as it will significantly lower your defenses to not run TC at full effect.

Can you please tell me where in PoB you see the slow amount of Temporal Chains??

..I've been trying to find this for days now but just can't figure it out or at least tell me the formula how you reach the 66%.

I thought it would be (in case of my gem setup):

52% slow + 10% (Blasphemy) + 18% (Debuff Dying Breath) + 20% (SKittering Runes) = 80,1%

Is this correct???

And yes, I already use a Watcher's Eye with ES Regen but additional 8% Spell Block chance, since I already have 34% faster ES recharge from both rings. =)

One last question:

Do we really need any rare Jewels in our passive tree?
If so, how many and what jewel should be removed (Harmony or Watcher's Eye)

1)


Select "Temporal Chains" in skill panel and hover mouse over the bar with its name. You will get popup with has "XX% reduced" which means TC effect.

2)
Rare jewels are to make sure that minions are capped elemental resistance capped while leveling. End-game with high level minions they can be dropped for more Harmonies / Watchers eye, Abyssal jewels.

I can't stop tinkering with your 4 links but I think I've got a good idea because I was using storm brand to apply EE anyway I now run;

Storm Brand - Curse on hit - temporal chains - elemental weakness

generosity - Anger - Flesh offering - desecrate

and still run discipline singular

This brings anger into the build and sill leaves a little mana so you can still run skeletons before you transition to golems:)

Your setup looks pretty interesting. You are however missing tons of effect from Temporal Chains and Elemental Weakness without "Enhance"

On the other hand t16+ bosses have extremely good curse resistance, so Anger might gives equal damage than you lose with EW.

Hey Mika, I've got a damage question for you. Just got my +1 chest

though when I look at POB, my flame golem magma ball damage is around 32k(my build https://pastebin.com/45KPb4ya)

But when I look at the POB pastebin for yours, the magma ball damage is around 46K. You have one more Harmony than I do, but that can't be what's giving you the huge DPS increase over mine.

Maybe I'm overlooking something big.

or did you forget to activate cold/lightning dmg dealt for EE?
did you activate enemy is ignited for -resist of combustion??

Make sure you have next ticks in config screen of Pob :
- Minions use Charges if you are running Necro Aegis with Charity
- Enemy Is ignited to get the "Combustion" -20% debuff
- Enemy is hit by light / ice to get Elemental Equilibrium
- Scorching Ray totem stage 24 to get the -24% debuff
- "Have your minions killed recently" if you are using "Puppet Master" instead of "Mistres of Sacrifice".

Here's my own Uber Elder run.

You basically want to run all the time Phase Run Up and let minions do the killing. Stack Cold res on "Purity of ice", cold resistance shield and cold res flasks.

Yep, you have to raise their level. Here's part form leveling guide :

Keeping Specters level up

When you enter any area while you have certain type of Specter up, it will automatically add that Specter type to the possible monster types that can be desecrated in the area. If you have level 50 Specters and want to raise them to level 60, you have to :
Enter level 60 area with wanted type of Specter raised
Start casting high enough level Desecrate to summon level 60 Corpses
Continue casting Desecrate until you find wanted type of corpse
(Optional) At this point drop all original Specters by removing the gem and inserting back again
Raise the Specter and it will be now level 60
Continue casting Desecrate until you have maximum number of Specters from the area

Reworked Animate Guardian



(Animate Guardians gear)

I reworked Animate Gaurdian to be more effective with new gear. New Animate Guardian will :
- Boosts other minions damage by 18%
- Boosts curses by 18%
- Lowers enemies fire resistance by -9%
- Gives 10% movement speed aura (With Victario's Flights)
- Apply second curse (With curse on hit gloves)

Necromancer can use "Victario's Flights" on Animate Guardian as AG has capped elemental resistances thanks to "Commander of Darkness" +20% to ele res. With Elementalist or Occultist, if you don't use rare jewels to cap minions resistances, rare helmet with 3x resistances or link AG with "minion resistances" gem, swap "Victario's Flights" for

to cap AGs resistances with +20% to Elemental resistances.

Helmet :
- Any rare with -9% to fire res works
- Extra HP, HP regen and resistances are great extra to keep AG alive

Armor :
- Make sure you have the 5% regen version and not 2% legacy

Gloves :
- Aim for max HP % roll
- Elemental Weakness of hit corrupt is extra but useful if you can find one

Boots :
- Make sure you don't buy legacy versions of Victarios Flight with no movement speed aura
- Any roll or Rainbowstrides works

Weapon
- Dying breath does not have changing mods, so any works.

ASAIK the highest level curse will always take precedence. So if we move into range, our curse overwrites the AG's curse. But if we are too far away to apply a curse, it's a nice extra that the AG is applying Elemental Weakness.
Following this now - my first golemancer build of any kind! Pretty excited.

Do have a question though. Why run 'Elemental Weakness' as a second cures instead of 'Flammability'. Would not 'Flammability' provide more to us since it removes more fire resistance and adds more chance to ignite?
