Yes, even without Bronn's or Xoph's Blood your damage will be more than enough to do all content, you can even get away with a corrupted rare chest for like 15c, the only thing you need is that 6th link cause its a huge damage multiplier.
A 6L rare will do a lot more than 5L Bronn's, while being cheaper most of the time.

I have a question, I want to buy Xoph's amulet but if I reallocate the nodes from Avatar of Fire to HP or Primeval Force I will lose a lot of int. Where do you guys get your int from?
