Hi, I did a video guide, it is linked in the first post of this thread. In the video guide you can directly jump to skill gem setup in the bottom menu.

Looks like u are taking alot of DMG nods except of Life nods in the start, will be it safe during the lvling ?

i just researched a bit.

Elreon ring comes after mana multiplier. so that won't work

The first 25 Points include 35% Max Life I think thats totally fine, but I see what you mean, until you got 38 points there is not a single life node included. Unfortunately shadows don't really have too many life nodes in their area. I'd say it's totally up to you. If you feel that you take too much damage while leveling feel free to take the "Written in Blood" cluster (ES/Life Hybrid Nodes) between shadow and witch.

When I play HC i try to have roughly around 1.5k life for malachai normal and 3.2k life for malachai cruel to feel absolutely save. Fire nova let's you move and actively dodge a lot so it shouldnt be a problem.

If that's the case then this sucks and there is probably no other way than relying on vaal clarity.

Yes, apparently and unfortunately, it applies "AFTER" mana modifiers, not before. So... it's not the best mana solution for this.

Hey there, I'm really new to this game (well I mean I just got into it), this will be my first league and I wanna start it off with this build! Can you elucidate a little more on the gear I should be using for this? Maybe a stat priority and/or a few good bases? Thanks!
