It's obvious GGG doesn't have anyone who plays high level pvp let alone understands what the problems are.

We've had EA meta since the first couple threads in pvp feedback forums and arena designs are completely incompetent in the way they promote EA meta.

I was in a 3v3 arena recently where the right spawn is surrounded by cliff walls and has a big rock nearby while the left spawn is water/no walls. So in an EA vs EA match if you spawn on the left side you have a major advantage. And the arena's are so short with mobility/movement power creep so high, if you cast 1 aura on the right side you have no time to escape the aoe secondary shotgun and die before you can move to a spot safe from wall aoe. But if you spawn left side you can aura up fine because there are no walls.

Most of the arenas are like this, just so poorly balanced/thought out when it comes to aoe/secondary damage off walls. I don't think anyone at GGG has even looked at these arenas or played pvp in 2+ years.

The fact that they keep releasing skills (especially damage over times, like they did with vortex, then decay, and are doing again now with the channel skills) without T-values makes it pretty obvious that pvp is among the lowest of priorities and completely outside of their balancing and quality control thought process.
Never underestimate what the mod community can do for PoE if you sell an offline client.

Well at this point i don't expect anything on the side of GGG to balance pvp, they have fucked it so hard overtime with unique/ascendancy that they would have to rework map has u said n make a seperate skill balance patch for pvp.... dunno if this will ever happen

The cloud is not untouched, it is buffed from the patch.
Increased damage on minion also affect the cloud degen dps so SRS will be much stronger.
