i have a 25 ranger so far in 3.0 for harbinger league.
i messed up my skills, i followed the skill tree in the guide and didnt read the how to get started portion. any idea on how to make it easier leveling? |

About Vaal Pact, take it, later with high evasion gear, vinktar and such you can test the setup without vaal pact. |

Think about the writer of this build.He made a guide to a build, and players who havent made it support him and all the others who made his build dont have DPS.How does he feel? At what point is it a good time to take Point Blank? Should I take it pretty early on as soon as I switch to Wand?

Since they buffed boss life, i would recommend to spec into point blank with the switch to wands. Also make sure that you have Queen of the Forest and a Correctly Rolled Stibnite and Jade Flask. @skifus Well i need more info than that. Are you using the correct gems, are you using the correct flasks, how does your passive tree look and so on. |
