How good do you think this build will be as a league starter? I was thinking of doing it, but keep being told that wand isn't good as a starter and my 2nd choice of SRS would be much better to start.

Life based Wand builds vary by basically 2 factors, armor choice (forest vs belly/coil) and shield choice(lycosaid vs rare).

The baseline gear and passives are very similar otherwise.

still not sure why you replaced in your POB increased duration with decoy totem that are linked to 2x vaal grace :/

Is this build now in the gutter with the kinetic blast nerfs/deletion? Was looking forward to playing this in 3.0 but GGG has laid down the nerf hammer.

Also do any of the other changes affect this build as I haven't had time to comb through the notes with a comb to pick up on any major changes. Barrage is untouched somehow which amazes me.

KB is NOT nerfed unless it's your primary single target skill (that's what Barrage is for):

Is it possible to start as KB/Barrage or would u recommend sth different to then transfer into it? If so could u recommend any build that could be transitioned to KB later?
