" qotf only good for speeding but it just nerfed too hard. Not bad for capping res for QOTF but there is better option, such as mirror tier rare chest, or other chest you like. 6L is almost a must for nerfed barrage. In your update for 3.5 you said we could swap for vaal power siphon. What do you mean by worst cast? I recently got a level 21 vaal power siphon. |

" Kinetic Blast recieved a nerf. Back then it was unclear how bad it will be. Power Siphon would have been plan b, but turns out Kinetic Blast is even better for Aoe Clear with it's "nerf". As for Chest piece, i did fine with a 5Link up to mid-endgame. QotF is the only Chestpiece that is giving us movementspeed through evasion and i don't want to lose those 75% extra speed. The evasion sure does help to, so there is no point in switching it out for anything else unless you want a pure bossing wander (which isn't it's natural habitat in the first place). We are able to drop Conquerer's Potency, with 3.5 (this is a buff) we recieved the ability to craft flask effect on belts. Just make sure that you have 50% of flask effect total (tree/ ascendancy) |

I realize these might be dumb questions but i'm going to ask anyways. As someone who is .... not great... at making currency early on in the leagues and can't afford a 6L QOTF/dying sun (close but not quite there for the dying sun), do you think a 5L QOTF > a tabula assuming i can max resists without QOTF?
When do you normally swap from a bow build to this one, around 75 or all the way in the mid 80's? Currently i'm having issues staying alive vs map bosses where there are more than one (including stuff like syndicate fortifications etc.), is there any way to fix this without getting a 6-link/dying sun? bonus question: I'm not too experienced when it comes to the skill-tree in PoE but would the correct way of re-speccing into this be to take the acrobatics/phase acrobatics nodes before the wand cluster at the very top of the tree? |

" QOTF is not a must for Barrage KB wander build. Just this thread creator insisted it. For using QOTF build, either your dps is so high that blast the boss down, or eventually get hit as an evasion build. You can stack more dodge and spell dodge as well as learn the mechanics to move around to avoid hit, but either use other chest and/or upgrade your gear for more dps This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. To all those talking about leveling issues with this build.
I went from acts 1-6 using Quill rain. Rain of Arrows + Lesser Poison combined with HoAgony and pierce. Piece of cake. It started to slow down around A6 so I switched to the suggested setup in this build thread. Fail. Hard fail. Instead as soon as I could get a 5L chest, I switched to wanding with KB and barrage. Works just fine. MUCH better than the suggested LA setup. I just picked up a relatively good low level wand and went to town. In Wraeclast, if someone tries to kill you... you just kill them right back.

" Ive been struggling with sticking with QOTF as i think overall eva seems quite weak, I was considering moving to loreweave as 80% really does seem OP, what do you think of the change? and what do you change flask wise if thats the case? move to a quicksilver and diamond perhaps? " I've been using a 6L corrupted chest up to t15 . Works fine, and costs 7-10c. http://poe.trade/search/inataasitarara Combine Phasing with Quicksilver flask, and you have pretty good speed anyways. I would not invest a lot in lightning coil if you plan using Wise Oak, as the -60% lightning res might be hard to cover up for. Vinktar gives you back 50% however, so you just need to account for -10%. Loreweave adds phys, so you have to make sure there is enough leech if you plan to do phys reflect.
