@OniLoli Please take my recommendations with a grain of salt, as I am fairly new to this build as well. But I tinkered with your tree a bit as well as swapped your gloves and some skills around. From what I can see your tree leaves a lot to be desired defensively, and your skills could use a little bit of work.

Offensively you should take Point Blank, it is a pretty huge DPS boost. Defensively you should try and take Phase Acrobatics as well as Thick Skin.

The other spots I see that can use some work would be getting a decent corruption on your Piscator's (I see you're already trying to do that) as well as improving your jewels. There was a wasted point on your tree which I fixed in the PoB, I believe the node is called "Evasion and Energy Shield". I am not sure if you feel that your hit chance is low, but I would aim for around a 94% hit chance, again if you feel it is fine then keep doing what you're doing.

I swapped your second Piscator's with a Storm Prison, the reason for the Storm Prison is it allows you to buff an extra Power Charge when you do your war-cry's.

I bumped your Blood Rage to 20% quality and buffed it with enhance and empower. I also buffed your Wrath with Empower and Enlighten, that was achieved by swapping your 2 abyssal socket Tombfists, with 1 abyssal socket Tombfists.

I removed your health flask and replaced it with a Jade Flask to give you more movement speed as well as evasion.

The DPS boost without changing your replacing your jewels or Piscator's is only around 200k, but your defenses will go up significantly, which is important when you're talking about end game bosses.

My wander still needs quite a bit of work, but here is my PoB when I am not wearing MF gear; https://pastebin.com/aFgmbfj1. It has a bit more invested into it, but you can see some changes I made to get some more damage out of the build.

Hello, I'm fairly new to the game, and thus I don't have a lot of currency or experience in how to generate currency. Do you think this build could work well on a lower budget? I'm not talking about doing Shaper, Elder or anything like that, I just want to be able to farm with it until I can afford the more expensive items.

It's hard to tell, i would just try and see how far you can get.
You will have to start as an elemental bow character anyways.

About the upcoming league.

Personally i have a bad feeling, those mines seem to be made for clearing with kinetic blast.
It would be just to good to be true, but lets just wait.

We maybe need the strength of the skills this build uses to get deep into those mines.
But it has been mentioned that Kinetic Blast will recieve some adjustments in the future.

Thinking about league starting as this in delve, as long as KB doesn't get nerfed. Is it better to run the recommended bow build stuff for leveling or going sunder? I've leveled as a bow character before, almost entirely SSF, and it sucked ass. I've only done it once though, so it may have been my fault.

Can anyone tell me how you get around the mana reservation of having hearald of ice, grace and wrath? I can't even seem to get wrath and grace to work without having 0 mana even with enlighten level 4 and empower level 4.

This Build is not using grace, only vaal grace.

Yea, the nerf basically gutted the wall function for boss killing, but otherwise it'll probably feel the same.
