If the choice is between The Taming or The Rat Cage, Id's say the latter is the better investment.
Taming = 120c Rat Cage = 24c (The Jeweller's Touch = 15c) However, colouring The Rat Cage (BBRR) is a real b*tch so the costs will be pretty much the same. The Taming is nice for boss fights but Rat Cage + VMS is even better and works a treat for most Guardians. |

And one last question: Do you mean Shock Nova with Lightning Nova? According to the wiki, Lightning Nova is a monster skill. |
