How can i do a cheap version of ShinFuuma build? ( CWDT builds)

i guess GGG going to nerf pathfinder in the next patch but at the moment i admire shin pathfinder build , he dont need mirrored bows or mines to kill a lot of awesome builds,
so How can i do a cheap version of ShinFuuma build? it is possible?


i know he use CWDt stuff, scold bridle and his legacy kaoms , i would like some tips and ideas ( gear , flask and skill tree tips ) or some ideas for an anti-shin melee build lol

You missed his most important item though...



He only got that good with this item and pathfinder.

Flat life gain on non random event. it's even more broken than aegis aurora.
Every single life-based build should be based on this item.

Anti-shin melee builds dont exist.

I made a no dmg zerphi troll that was healing at 16khp/s with 8khp, i could withstand amazon's blast rain, hide's hot, and pretty much every build except ea/mines. But guess what? Shin one shotted me

Try getting close to capped chaos res, make sure you are overcapped in fire by 50% and be curse immune at all times. Tadaa you will never die against him again with your setup.

Hey, I seen libra in 3 vs 3 getting killed by shin few times and I am pretty sure Libra is probably capped in chaos res and have the fire overcap, so the last element that would still hurt would be curse immunity.

So is that fair to say curse immunity is the main point to counter shin build and so only pathfinders can do it if like you say you need to be immune "at all times". I can t remember any way in poe to be curse immune unless pathfinder flask.

You can't be curse immune all the time but you can greatly decrease curse effectiveness by beeing a Guradian and wearing Kikazaru. That said curse are an extremely potent tool in PvP especially if you are stuck on a 4L setup.

Even a non-pathfinder troll tank can easily do it with avenger flasks (+jewels) as shin doesnt have RT because ele overload is too op.

For a "normal" char, you once again have to be a pathfinder to achieve near permanent curse immunity.

Lib traditionally uses potions that make her extremely vulnerable to curses.. I doubt that has changed and since shin heavily relies on curses to deal damage lib can easily get instagibbed on occasion

Oh and I forgot, overcapping light res by 50% is also a great idea against him.

lib is using zillion of life flasks, which grants curse immunity as long as he is wounded and healing up with flask effect.

when he has full health, he is very vulnerable to curses and that what happens vs shin: he gets one shotted due to having -30 fire resistance.

make sure that you always have a non life anti curse flask in your setup for that reason.
any high crit chance rapid firing skill can sustain curse immunity also. barrage 10 arrows with 70 crit, simply fills all surgeon flasks with a couple of shots. you don't need to be pathfinder for that.

also the problem of shin's build is that, he has to move vs ranged targets with cwdt+flame dash. that means he cant get life up + zerphi going on during that time.

if you are hitting him while he is moving towards you, he just have 7k life and not hard to kill.

zerphi fits better to movement skills or ranged attack based buildds in my humble opinion.
