In no particular order:
Not enough dps on your bow
No skyforths so you lose a ring slot to valyrium
No wed or crit and low phys on amulet
Diamond ring could be better
No legacy vinktars so you're spending a lot of passives on leech related things that could be in damage
Low row on signal fire
Looks like you might be a bit short on accuracy but I'm too lazy to import into PoB
No good jewels
Could have higher wed roll on belt
No alchemist notable (you really should respec and get it rofl)
Gems aren't leveled/qualitied

Basically a lot of small things adding up. To compare my dps numbers right now are 157k unbuffed, 319k with flasks (a bit unrealistic since I don't normally run atziri's promise but w/e), 395k with power charges (http://imgur.com/a/2GcHO).

Swapped GMP for PPAD is that the correct swap out of gems?

Uber Atziri down. Shaper next. Awesome build. +1 arrow signal fire quiver a big help for uber fight. First temp league that I've been able to take down uber atziri (of course I got a mask).

I was wondering what i should upgrade first? im pretty poor so skyforth +1 arrow signal quiver and +2 barrage helm is kinda not possible. would it be worth it to buy a legacy Reach only 5L?

I was wondering if you have thought of swapping this OP build into life? Since ES is pretty much not viable for this build anymore. Do you think this build can work with life in 3.0 or R.I.P. signal shot?

Yes can work with life builds. But why change? We got lgacy vinktars. Only if they disable Gost reaver you must go life.

don't get surprised if they nerf retroactively nerf leg vinktars : )

i personally think that the strength of signal shot build isn't the CI aspect but the amazing dps it brings to the table, so even life based it still will work just fine.
