Your character page is hidden so trying to troubleshoot is just going to be some generic tips. Make sure vinktar's is up when firing. Do you have pointblank taken on tree? This will help as well. Are you res capped? Again, just some general suggestions.

How good is projectile damage as a jewel mod? I found that phys dmg, projectile dmg, and es are an common combo and relatively inexpensive jewel to buy compared to what is recommended.

projectile damage is the best actually.

So I just died in BHC, lvl87 Assassin. Had a ton of fun but ultimately, this is a softcore build ;(
Died to a single reflect rare on a T13, accidentally used single target --> insta death even with Vinktar's up. Had roughly 330k DPS on barrage and 8K ES.

dude, you simply need better items. there is not much to talk about. you need better items. 20% ES on rings, on amulet, better gloves, better helmet etc. It's good that you have skyforth but it can't carry this build alone you know.
