50% to 40% is 20% less damage. Sure, burning gem is now more dmg, but I don't think it goes high enough to compensate for this loss.
We also lost dps on scorching ray, which seems too good not to use in 3.0. I'm still to see top tier life+hybrid life roll, so I can't comment on how high the hp will go on gear. „I don't give a fuck if it was his tenth anniversary with his goddamn neckbeard...“

How about a change to Nghamu keystone?
