48 Hour Flashback Solo Event

Missed the last one (and a good chunk of this one), was fun though!

Played to lvl 70 with a 2W Lacerate/Frenzy Raider. Had a ton of fun and close calls, lol. The game is pretty challenging without master crafting, was really struggling to keep my resistances capped and had to compromise defense & life because of it.

Exactly. Every time I play something like this, I'm always sitting there wondering whether or not dying makes a difference. Why don't they just state it in the race description? It would take one sentence!!

I had a great time with this race. Hit 54 and plan to play the char in PHC HC for a bit after. Ran a very tanky 1H/shield Duelist and generally plodded along pretty smoothly outside of a few tough Bameth spawns except for one thing: Vaal Desecrate Dead mod on rares. I had 4-5 "ohhhh noooooo" experiences with sub 5% HP thanks to corpse explosions.

first, you lock progression behind lab, then you lock racing features behind lab.

died at 83 as shadow, not that I'm a very good racer but this certainly is not cool!

I know a lot of the big boys didnt do this event/stopped early but it feels nice to get my first first place demi :)
