Feel free to pm me if you have specific questions. A huge part of being good at races is just practice and routine. Knowing layouts, managing your inventory/gear correctly (and without losing much time). And never stop moving.
I suggest you watch helmann stream duelist, pretty much the same playstyle and he could beat me at mara any day :^)

Picked up blade vortex and PoE crashed three times in the weaver's chamber (rolling back once). Also had a crash/rollback in northern forest. I started using the multithreaded version, but switched to the non-multithreaded version after the first crash.

I guess it didn't really matter since I died to piety anyway.

if i didnt died like a shit at 75% hp piety i could have been 3rd overall with shadow. rip. race was fine tho.
