Does Molten Shell absorb spell damage? For example will it absorb an electric ghosts attack from Dominus or beam from Shaper?

How the suffix "Can have multiple modifier" work with beastcraft "Add a Prefix, Remove a Random Suffix", is there a chance to elimite all the prefixes I crafted with multimod?

2. some question related to arcane surge

setup like this

skill A - arcane surge lev 1
skill B - arcane surge lev 1
skill c - arcane surge lev 20

- i trigger arcane surge with skill A and get the buff.
does B and C benefit from the mod "Supported Skills deal (10-19)% more Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge"

- link minion - arcane surge, if the minion cast spell and use mana, can he get the buff

- if B and C is flame golem ( golem dont have mana) and i got the buff from using skill A. is the golem get the buff "Supported Skills deal (10-19)% more Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge"

3. some silly question:

-what happens when u summon minion, then change the support gems, do u need to resummon to get the effect of the new gem?
-if i use totem to summon minion- are the minions benefit from the mod "increase totem damage"
-if i use trap to cast a totem- are the totem benefit from the mod "increase trap damage"
- if i link remote mine to a trap - is the trap benefit from "increase mine damage"

4. convert damage and X damage added as Y damage:

- 100 physic - 100% physic convert to cold- gain 100% physic as fire damage: will get 100 cold + 100fire or just cold damage

- 100 physic - 100% physic convert to lightning - 100% lightning convert to cold - gain 100% non-chaos as chaos damage: will give 100 cold + 100 or 200 chaos damage.

- 100 physic - 100% physic convert to lightning - 100% lightning convert to cold - 100% increases/more damage(global/debuff/aspect spider): will give 200 cold or more?

- 100 physic - 100% physic convert to lightning - 100% lightning convert to cold - 50% shock: will give 150 cold or more?

- 100 physic - gain 100% physic as cold damage - 100% increases/more damage(global/debuff/aspect spider): will give 200physic+100 cold or 200physic +200 cold

- same issue with multi convert+ non-chaos as chaos+ increase/more damage(global/debuff/aspect spider)

- how the bonus damage from ruthless and multistrike (lev 20/0%) work with Hatred. for example got 100 physic damage.

5. impale question:

- if got 4 minions can impale - when they hit, will the monster got impale 4 stacks or 4 impale buffs
- how impale work with problem in section 4 ( like hatred and impale, do i have some cold damage from the 10% impale damage)
- path of building cant calculate impale, multistrike and ruthless right?

Ok I got a question do the haemophillia unique glove work with the gladiator ascendancy gratuitous violence? The one that explode dealing 10% of their maximum damage as physical since the gloves gives 5% does that mean 10% + 5% = 15%? Or is it still bro

The macro rules specify, among other things:

* A key press must correspond to a single server-side action.
* Automation of any kind is not allowed.

So you can't map a key to use multiple flasks at once, or a key to perform an action after a delay.

Molten Shell absorbs any damage from Hits. It does not absorb Damage over Time.

Golems are not a spell, they are a minion. The skill used to summon the Golem is a spell. The same is true here - the skill "Manifest Dancing Dervish" is a spell skill. The minion itself is not a spell and does not use spells.

No. Minions are not you and do not have your passive tree. Those passives only apply to your damage with two-handed weapons, not your minion's damage with that type of weapons.

Yes. The auras are granting that bonus as part of their effect, so it's affected by things that modify the effect of the auras.

No. Those are referring to different things. The first question was about the bonuses from the Guardian Ascendancy that are themselves auras (the ones that affect nearby allies), the second one was about bonuses that modify auras from your skills to grant extra things.

Can we have more information about the Manifest Dancing Dervish spell? like the tags on it :) , damage, atk speed, etc...
Hi Mark, i got a question to the combination of Discharge with Ele Equilibrium in COC Gem + Cospris.


Since Cospri's grants "added cold dmg to spells" which would with discharge (power + endurance charges) deal all 3 elements in 1 hit should change the ele res to +25% of all elements.

If discharge is now triggered from COC Gem, with only power+endurance charges it would change the ele res of fire/lightning to +50% (since from discharge 3 ele hit before +25% all res) and +25% from the second discharge.

In that case the dmg potential of discharge would get lowered by 25% cause of the resistances.


Or am i wrong and the 3 ele discharge hit will cause -25% to all res?

Edit: i didnt saw cospris "adds cold dmg" to all attacks rather than only to spell dmg.

Edit 2: which is the trigger order? first cospris cold spell trigger on melee crit - or first COC Gem general trigger?
Since 1st hit reduces fire/lightning res from cospris cold dmg by 50% - the coc discharge hit would hit as 6l with the -50% res.
But if first discharge from cospris trigger would only hit as 3l and the 6l coc discharge would hit to +25% all res.

Hi Mark,

I have queries regarding watcher's eye "critical strike penetrate 10% of enemy elemental resistance while affected by zealotry" buff.

The increased in damage its not shown anywhere in POB or in-game stats. so was wondering if it works for spells.

i feel kinda insecure if its not showing buff anywhere in POB and in-game stats. hopefully you can look into it and confirm that it works with my arc spell

I am wondering if deafening essence of scorn 25% crit multi can stack with the natural explicit affix on elder ring "+20 % crit multi" for a total of 45% crit multi.

I know some affixes are mutually exclussive and some are not. Can these two crit multi sources combine or are they mutually exclussive?
