Can anyone confirm if the added flat physical from gems (skill, like double strike and support, like rage) scale just like flat added phys on rings for Pillar of the Caged God? Does Champion's added phys from Impale stacking also work with PotCG?

PotCG is my favorite unique and it's looking like a heavy improvement with added flat on skills.

With the various changes to melee in legion, which melee skill gems will be affected by weapon range? Would blade flurry be affected? Any simple way to know?

Extra damage applies first, and damage conversion is additive.
Meaning, you get x% of your physical damage as fire, and then turn it all (110%) to fire, for a total of 1000*(1+x/100) fire damage.

I have a question about BladStorm mechanic. The description says that the skill create an instance of BladeStorm on hit that deal 50% of the initial hit. The question is do the instances of BladeStorm has the same attack rate as the initial attack or they just deal 50% of base skill damage per second?
Regarding the chieftain ascendancy - What does count as "fire skill" for the "Tawhoa, Forest's Strength" keystone?
Only active skills that have the fire keyword, or, for example also for a physical melee skill that is supported by "added fire damage" or e.g. glacial Hammer with Cold to Fire support?

every time i list a bulk sale in a format similar to "~price 1/10 chaos" it always lists it as 0.1 chaos. this becomes a problem when i want to sell in ratios that would not reduce to a multiple of 0.1. for example "~price 1/15 chaos" reduces to 0.1 chaos every time.
