I have RF. I pop a Ruby flask and this gets me past 100% max fire res and the damage I take from RF is reduced to 0/sec. Does this count as 'stopped taking damage' in regards to the Major Soul effect?

one quick question: the global dmg from the Heuo of all %increase is not supposed to increase ailment damage like bleed or poison? Thanks!
Simple question. What is the base radius of Magma Orb?
Scion's Occultist ascendancy:

"Enemies you Curse have -15% to Chaos Resistance"

Is this classified as part of the curse? Is it affected by Curse Effectiveness? Like how Aura Effectiveness boosts the Attack/Cast Speed part of the Necromancer's Commander of Darkness?

No, it's a separate, non-stacking effect. Otherwise, it would be worded more like "Curses you Cast apply -15% Chaos Resistance" or so.

It used to support Leap Slam, and still does support Flicker Strike, I believe. However, it was removed at some point, pretty much to keep the skill a ground-targeted effect rather than auto-lock and kill. It's a unique lack of interaction between the two, like Multistrike and Ice Crash.

I think I may have misunderstood the new poison mechanics. Can somebody tell me why in my tooltip it states I'm doing poison damage if I take off all armor and jewelry? I do not have any nodes with "chance to poison" in them.

If I have nodes with "increased damage with ailments" in them, do they automatically have a chance to inflict bleed/poison? Man I'm grasping at straws here. Ha. I know there's probably an easy answer but I can't make heads or tails of it. I have reread the patch notes and nowhere can I find changes on how to INFLICT bleed or poison. Just multiplier and damage calculation.

i would like to know some things to try making my own build :)

1.
Since discharge has Fire, Cold and Lightning tags, a weapon mod "+2 level of socketed fire gems" applies to it and it works as a n+2 gem even if u consume only power charges for pure lightning damage.
Is it right?

2.
Lets say u have Herald of ice activated and rest of your gems and gears have no cold damage or freeze-related components.
When u do a critical hit on an enemy, does "Adds x Cold Damage" part of HoI cause freeze on him?
and if it does, killing an enemy with single crit hit makes him shatter or he just dies before freeze occurs?
