Cast While Channeling doesn't seem to work with anything that requires a corpse. This includes all Offerings, Raise Zombie, and Detonate Dead. Is this intended?
If so, why? |

I noticed earlier (quitte frustrated to be honest) that quecholli's explosion effect can't be triggered by any kind of dot. Is this intentional? Due to it affection all dots I'd say yes, but in that case I'd like to know why T-T

Hey there. Apologies if this was mentioned somewhere else: are breach uniques supposed to disappear after the breach collapses?
I was on the Ledge, opened a breach, started killing mobs and a unique "clasped hands" drop (I think that's what it was called). I thought "sweet, a unique already!" but kept killing stuff rather than pick it up, since I assumed I would be able to loot everything normally after the breach closed. A few seconds later the breach closed... and the unique vanished. The rest of the items were still there (including a couple rares). Is this intended, are you supposed to pick up uniques asap? |

Clasped Hands are Breach chests, not Unique drops :) Hit 'em while you can!

Oh! My mistake then! :)
I do think it was either invisible or maybe the loot tags/mobs made it difficult to see, so it'd be great to have them be a little more distinctive. Or maybe I wasn't paying enough attention, will keep my eyes more open in the future :P Thanks for the clarification! |

Hi, I'm sure that this has been asked before, but I cannot find the record anywhere...
I'm interested in the interactions between Cast on Melee Kill and the Southbound gloves. Assume that in high tier maps the life of a mob is lowered to exactly 1 through the gloves, and you now cyclone through him. Two questions: - If the weapon equipped has the mods 'Poisons on hit' or 'Causes bleed on hit', the mob will die, but it will not count for the CoMK gem, correct? - Assume that cyclone has a 100% chance to freeze (either crit or uniques+passive tree), but each of its hits is smaller than 0.5% of the mob's maximum life, so that the freeze is shorter than 300 ms. Will the mob by virtue of having only one life get frozen and die or will it never die? Any other ideas on how to proc CoMK without investing in the dmg of the attack are welcome! :) |

" Right, Melee Damage is only ever Attack Damage in the game so far. Damage over Time can never be Melee Damage. (Ignite is another effect in the same vein as the two DoTs you gave.) " It will not get frozen, so as long as no DoTs are inflicted as from your previous question, it won't die. (By the way, assuming no duration bonuses, it's 5% of the target's maximum life, not 0.5%) " As long as your damage source doesn't have Culling Strike, use Culling Strike Support with your non damaging melee EDIT: This would be unreliable as Culling Strike shouldn't bypass Southbound Need game info? Hi, I have question about instant life leech (e.g. from Vaal Pact). Is there also something like cap as it is with normal life leech (default 20% of life per second)? If not or yes, how is instant life working generally? If we have 100k damage, instant leech 5% and life 5k, we receive whole 5k of life instantly with one hit?
And the second question. We have monsters, bosses etc., they have resists (elemental, chaos). But I cant find info about their physical reduction (i mean mainly bosses). Have they any armour and if yes, how big is this reduction average (or where is info for particular bosses). I just wonder if physical damage have a great advantage via elemental/chaos (again mainly against bosses). Thx for any info! Cheers! |

Instant leech is the full effect and does not suffer from any sort of cap. In your example, if you had a 100k hit and 5% leech then you'd instantly leech 5k from it.
Regular monsters don't have a base physical damage reduction. Even bosses rarely have it. And as far as their armour goes, unless the monster has a +armour mod on it then its armour is going to be less than 1,000. Effectively it'll be useless. So yes, physical damage is pretty strong, but keep in mind elemental damage can be significantly stronger due to being able to lower enemy resistances below 0. |

My question/clarification is about blind:
According to the wiki "Blind is a debuff that lessens the chance to hit of the affected target by 50% and lowers the light radius to the minimum value." Let's say blind is applied on an enemy - now does this enemy has his chance to hit lessened globally ? So if enemy is going to hit player, his minions (allies) or party members it will still have that hit chance reduced by blind debuff no matter what is his target, right ? |
