this ammy is not only good to solve blind flask hard counter for crits. This is a new opportunity to outplay spark users.

the weakness of spark is that they cant use BCR + fast projectiles + pierce at the same time. using 3G setup would cause big damage loss. so they use 2G. 1G is occupied with fast projectiles. this is essential for their area control.

Spark's building problem is that you either have not enough range, not enough damage or not enough tankiness. They cant be tanky if they have first 2. The tanky one doesnt have the first 2 good enough.

they cant get tanky enough with dual wield. CI or not CI doesnt matter. Low life on the other hand is way too squishy compared to CI. without dual wield, range is never enough to cover long distances with sparks. without low life + dual wield setup(which is a paper build, you can zerg rush them)DPS is never good enough to outplay target from long range.

As a conclusion, fyndel's setup is the best one, 14K ES, average dps spark with medium range. With this amulet, we can stack spell dodge now. and make them lack pierce or BCR or fast projectiles. This is a big opportunity.

Lets make a sum of all dodges we can get: Hyrri 10 + atziri 16 + ammy 10 + passive 30: 66 dodge.(+10 flask too) They gotta use BCR + fast projectiles... and they cant use pierce in this case. 2 damage slots gets occupied by 1 low damage adding gem + 1 obligatory pvp gem. the other 3 can be, elemental focus or increased critical strikes + probably something about casting things faster...

lack of pierce can be a big disadvantage for sparksers. you can walk to them slowly on the edges by putting walls in front of you.

76 dodge is huuge amount and this is the way to go to deal with those b*stards for sure.

After talking to a buddy, I imagine they're just moving RT somewhere by duelist to fuck with templar, but we'll see I guess. Either way I think I'll dabble in some crit.

Rup, I'm sure I wouldn't stick to faster projectiles if the opponent is using frost wall. FP gem is 70%, while a sparker can have 40% from gem quality, 10-30% from tree, 30% from gloves, and up to 92% from 2 wands, so there are options for swaps, and keep in mind that increased duration also makes up the range of spark, so you can also scale that. Also if they balance the ascendencies and nerf inqusitor, it might be viable to go scion with spark for the 50% pierce, more proj speed etc.

The blind immunity is pretty sick as an item swap, but it was also available for shadow class before. At least it takes away an important dps item slot.

x2 wand builds are very very squishy. 2 x wand + winds of change is even squisher.i dont think they are right option to use.
