How to get a boots with +1 level to socketed gems? I only found

1000 mana before mana increases 200% mana increase 500% energy shield increase 1: incorrect formula ( 1000 * 3 * 0.08 ) * 6 = 1440 additional energy shield 2: correct formula ( 1000 * 0.08 ) * 8 = 640 additional energy shield This was actually one of the things that was discovered recently and just made Hierophant even worse than it already is sadly.
