Heya!

You don't need Accuracy for this build, you get less frenzy charge duration, the cast / atk speed isn't needed due to our ascendancy providing so much already.
The Poison only affects "attacks" Essence Drain is a projectile "spell".

The Winds of Change are several times better :)

What do you think about arctic armour as a compliment in this build if possible? With whirling blades + AA it would make them alot slower and hence easier to apply contagion on. Or change out grace for AA in a defensive purpose (phys mitigation)? I'm only lvl 62 so haven't been able to try it out yet and I don't know if grace+IR is better than AA in current meta?

For a budget ED character, using Grace at 50% reservation is extremely strong in combination with Iron Reflexes. For the equivalent as a dual curser, you would need Temp. Chains + Enfeeble on Blasphemy at 70% reservation. This requires both investment into dual curse and is has taken quite a hit with the AoE changes. This makes Grace relatively stronger, since you don't have to worry so much about mana issues or curse radius. At the same time you are still able to manually curse or curse on CWDT (or even a blasphemy) for a reliable and strong defense for characters that do not invest heavily in the north side of the passive tree.

Enfeeble loses some of it's potency once you shy away from evasion as it reduces hit chance as well, which is not relevant for armour based characters. It is still a very strong curse, but gaining 2.5 flat armour is bonkers.
